Many clients will add an unauthorized recipient on websites or accounts expecting no mail. We consider this abuse and will charge the client for the extra recipient and close the account for gross abuse. Please respect our process. Business use is defined as mail received under a business name exclusively. Additionally, it includes any public listing or correspondence sent to the address listed in state articles of incorporation, whether designated as a physical or mailing address.

We provide registered agent services through a separate entity. If a client wishes to list our address as the "Principal" address in their articles of incorporation, they must engage our registered agent services.
